intuVision’s VideoAnalyst is an automated video content analysis tool that enables law enforcement and security analysts to extract video content and create re-usable metadata for investigation, case building and reporting. VideoAnalyst parses through large volumes of video data from a wide range of sources and allows the end-user to detect and distinguish an event or item of interest from similar events or items, query, retrieve and view selected video data with contents of interest, and report and share their findings in convenient formats. VideoAnalyst uses technology originated from government funded research to fulfill the requirements of intelligence analysts. VideoAnalyst provides state-of-the-art algorithms to analyze and extract video content such as activity levels, scene changes, faces, person and vehicles. intuVision offers a face-based Soft Biometry capability for further classification of extracted faces based on gender and ethnicity.
